*it started of as a small cozy place in a great location for our work, friends and relatives. We decided to make it available to everyone who wants to experience Tokyo other than in smokey cramped business hotels or is just looking for a more “homey” feel in a very cool part of town. Since then we had many many happy guest and made many new friends.

= Who is behind J222?*

*J222 is owned and managed by some international long term residents of Japan. PlusConcept Asia is the company behind and manages all kind of innovative Japan specific market entry concepts as well as advises on Japan. Plusconcept focuses on SMEs and is happy to do actual operational support. Markus Kaub manages PlusConcept and stays closely involved with J222. On the ground we have a couple of very nice and reliable people taking care of the apartment and guest.
