The apartment can be used as holiday apartment, as short- and midterm service apartment or for your visiting friends and relatives.

It is a privately managed property and YES there is only one unit.

The apartment is ideal for single travelers or couples. More than two persons are difficult due to size of the apartment. Children can be accommodated on request. In exception a third person on an extra mattress or families with one or two small children can be permitted.

It is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately pets are not allowed.

LOCATION
The apartment is right in the heart of Tokyo in the Harajuku district in Jingumae-2, Shibuya-city. Close to the buzzing areas of Shibuya and Shinjuku.
Only 10 minutes on foot to the famous Omotesando Dori.

Prices are currently on request and dependent on season, demand and length of visit.

The prices range is from ~ JPY 10000 to JPY 14000 depending on period, days of stay and number of beddings used. If you let us know the exact period we can send you a detailed quote.

Occasionally we have JPY 9000 specials for last minute bookings (please check our site).

The prices are "everything included" free wifi internet, equipment, taxes, fees etc

From 5 days onwards the JPY 5000 cleaning fee will be waived.

We will charge a fully refundable damage deposit of JPY 40000 - which is going to be refunded to you a few days after your departure.

Please use our booking calendar to check availability. As bookings might change on short notice, please double check the dates with us directly.

Minimum stay: 5 days

Shorter stays only on request and require a cleaning fee of JPY 5.000

Generally a 10% downpayment is necessary to hold the booking and the remainder of the fees are due 4 weeks before arrival.

CANCELLATION

We are trying to be nice as we understand plans might change. However, we are not a hotel and rarely get walk-in customers or short notice bookings.
Our cancellation rules are however more generous than other holiday apartments.

If we can fill the apartment otherwise - we will try to refund your charges of course.

Otherwise:

Cancellations or changes that are made prior to check in date,
* Before 60 days - Refundable minus JPY 2,000,
* Before 30 days - 50% refund,
* Less than 30 days - No refund (unless booked otherwise)

Thanks for your understanding.

We recommend a travel insurance for those with very changeable plans.

ACCESS
The apartment is easily accessible from Narita Aiport by Limousine Bus (Shinjuku Station Area) or Narita Airport Express (NEX) to Shinjuku Station.
From Shinjuku it is a quick taxi ride to Jingumae (5-10 Min).
