Lage. Ruhig für eine grosse Stadt wie Tokio und
nur wenige Minuten vom lebhaften Harajuku.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr bequem zu
erreichen.
Ein Stadtteilbus hält direkt vor dem Haus und
fährt in die grossen Einkaufsgegenden, wie z.B.
Shibuya.
Mit der U-Bahn und S-Bahn lassen sich alle
Touristen Attraktionen leicht erreichen. Die
Yamanote Ringlinie ist auch sehr nahe.
Das Apartment ist grösser als viele
Standardhotelzimmer und ist mit allem für einen
komfortablen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Als
"Leichtschläfer" hatte ich auch keine Probleme.
Ich kann die Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der diese
aufregende Stadt erkunden möchte."

"Ein längerer Aufenthalt von vier Wochen war
komfortabel und angenehm. Busverbindungen und
U-Bahnstationen sind entweder vor der Tür oder in
10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit einem vor dem Haus
haltenden Distriktbus sind direkt wichtige
U-Bahnstationen zu erreichen (Sendagaya,
Omotesando,Shibuya, Harajuku und Yoyogi zur
Yamanote-Ringverbindung).
Um das Apartment herum sind alle notwendigen
Geschäfte oder Restaurants zu Fuß
erreichbar. Große Einkaufsviertel wie Harajuku
oder Omotesando sind sehr nah.
Die Innenausstattung mit Küche, Waschmaschine und
Trockner, erlauben ein autonomes Leben und
Selbstversorgung.
Für Aufenthalte als Tourist oder für
geschäftliche Besuche ist das Appartement
aufgrund seiner Lage und Ausstattung
prädestiniert."

We missed nothing in terms of equipment or
services in the apartment. Sleeping was fine and
we had
no complaints from our daughter on the tempur
mattrass.
The location was very good and gave us an
opportunity to spend time in an area that we
might have missed otherwise. The restaurant you
recommended around the corner was great - we went
there twice. Your Google Map was very useful.
All in all Tokyo was a great
experience!

My holiday at Harajuku in March 2009 was
excellent.
What a difference it makes to stay in an
apartment compared to a hotel:
you really feel like you are living among
Japanese people and you're not a tourist anymore.
The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything
I needed for a pleasant 10-days vacation.
I am certain I will book it again for my next
trip and can recommend it to anyone looking for a
great temporary place in Tokyo.

schnell zurechtgefunden. die wohnung liegt ganz
wunderbar zentral,
nach wenigen tagen fühlt man sich durch die
laufweite nach shibuya und
harajuku schon fast wie zuhause - kennt den
bäcker und den weinladen,
und kann es geniessen, an einem sonnigen
wochenende einfach mal
einbisschen in der nachbarschaft
herumzuspazieren. die wohnung ist
klein aber fein - das verwunderlichste dürfte das
japanische luxus wc
mit dusche und föhn sein.

really enjoyed our comfortable stay there. Thank
you for the information on the area and the
manual was quite informative. We loved
Asian kitchen lunch you recommended.
The location was very nice. The place was really
calm and quiet for central Tokyo. It was great
that there were two large parks at
walkable distance and having access to three
different stations/lines made our movements lots
more efficient.
We liked the interior and furniture of the flat.
The bed was really comfortable!!
If we visit Toky next time, we will most
definitely stay at your place.

Nach
einem Aufenthalt von fast drei Wochen waren wir
mit dem Appartment
voll zufrieden. Wir können es vorbehaltlos
weiterempfehlen. Besonder
gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage und die sehr
komfortable Anbindung an
den öffenlichen Verkehr. Mit dem Hachiko-Bus, der
direkt vor der Tür
alle 15 Minuten fährt, erreicht man die
wichtigsten Bahnhöfe der
Yamonote-Line und der U-Bahn preiswert und
schnell. Angenehm war auch
die große Vielzahl von kleinen Geschäften und
Restaurants in
unmittelbarer Umgebung, so das wichtige Dinge für
das tägliche Leben und
die Selbstversorgung schnell zu besorgen waren.
Das Appartment ist zwar
klein aber komplett ausgestattet und glänzte
erfreulich durch
Sauberkeit. Der W-LAN Internetanschluss
ermöglicht einen guten Kontakt
per E-Mail in die Welt. Wir hatten einen guten
Service und alle
erfordeliche Hilfestellung durch den Vermieter.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

This year we
decided to rent an apartment instead of a hotel
room. The apartment was everything we hoped it
would be. It's perfectly situated close to
Harajuku station and in a very nice and inviting
neighbourhood with little shops and all-night
convenient stores within walking distance and a
great izakaya and other restaurants / bars just
around the corner. A little community bus stops
in front of the door that takes you to Harajuku
(10 mins) or Shibuya station (20 mins) for only
100 yen. All the facilities are there in the
apartment including a bathroom with bath, a
kitchen (although we didn't really use it with
all the restaurants in the neighbourhood) and a
balcony. A great apartment in the heart of Tokyo
for one or two people and definitely our place of
choice next time we visit Tokyo.

We loved the apartment. The apartment is situated
within less than 1 kilometer of two
wonderful parks, two different flea markets, the
most important Shinto shrine in
Tokyo and 7 different train stations,
all on different lines, thus allowing us to reach
almost anywhere in Tokyo without needing to
change trains. Outside the door of the building
is the local bus stop, which for 100 yen, gets
you to all of the nearby train stations
and sights, which we used when we were feeling
lazy. The area is the center of the Tokyo fashion
industry making it very upmarket and
also convenient to both Shibuya and
Shinjuku. The flat itself is fully fitted out
down to the last detail, allowing us to easily
"live" in Tokyo for the entire month that we were
there. Refunding of our deposit was done
within 2 days of our leaving and there were no
hidden charges or extras. We highly recommend the
apartment and would be happy to correspond with
anyone who has any questions.

I
have just had a really enjoyable short break in
Tokyo. One thing that made my stay so pleasurable
was the apartment that I rented from Markus. It
is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed, well
furnished, well equipped. Coming home at the end
of a day to a cosy apartment instead of an
impersonal hotel room was a real plus. The area
roundabout is quiet – restful nights! – but not
far from the trendy area of Harajuku and only two
stations away from the more raucous pleasures of
Shinjuku. Transport is very convenient and Markus
provides lots of helpful information. The flat is
a real find! And thanks for the warm welcome,

Having a fully equip apartment for our 7 nights
stay in Tokyo was so much better than staying in
a hotel. The apartment is located within
walking distance to Harajuku with a local
bus stopping right in front of the building
to Shibuya and other nearby areas. The
apartment is well equip both in the kitchen and
in the bathroom, especially having a washing
machine / dryer was really helpful.
The bed was comfortable and we did not hear
any noise at night. There's plenty of
cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby,
so mid-night snack or beer is definitely
not a problem! The owner was very
helpful and we would definitely stay at your
place again if visiting in Tokyo.

Tokyo apartment was a great location...perfect
for those who want to take the subway and JR to
various areas within Tokyo. Also, there are
plenty of local bars, restaurants, shops, and
grocery stores. I felt like I could have stayed

base for us to explore Tokyo. The owner is very
nice and provided us with many useful tips. The
apartment is fully equipped - We felt really at
home. The location was ideal - we could easily
explore Harajuku and Shibuya on foot. Also the
fascinating Meiji shrine wasn't far. We like the
local community stopping right in front of the
place for those lazy days. All in all we had a
great stay in Tokyo and are very happy to
recommend the place.

The apartment
made for an extremely enjoyable stay for us in
Tokyo. It is only a few minutes walk away
from the bustling Harajuku shopping district, yet
lies on a relaxing street near lots of great
local restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It is
near both the subway and JR Stations making it
easy to get anywhere you want to go in
Tokyo. The room itself has everything we
needed: wi-fi internet, an extremely comfortable
fold out bed, a fancy Japanese style toilet and
nice little extras such as the fully stocked
kitchen. Overall, I found it to be a much
better experience then staying in a hotel, where
you can both feel like a local and feel at home
in one of the most exciting areas of the city.

have been outside most of the time and had a
wonderful time. Had some wonderful late evenings
at Costa Rica Bar and also had some very good
meals in the neighborhood. The fish- restaurant

Our guests from Australia think: Although small
by Australian standards, the apartment is very
comfortable and well apointed, and right in the
middle of a thriving little neighbourhood of
narrow winding streets full of interesting
restaurants and shops. Harajuku station is only a
10 min walk away, and the local "hachiko" bus,
which takes you to Shibuya Station via an
interesting route, stops right outside the door.
We managed to get to all parts of Tokyo on the JR
network using Harajuku or Shibuya as our starting
points. I will recommend the apartment to any
friends who are planning to visit Tokyo.
